Taking Medicines with Milk is not a Wise Idea!

Ok, I knew some people have this weird concept. They thought it’s good to take medicines with milk!

According to the latest analysis, if a person takes medicine with milk, it significantly reduces the body absorption rate of medicine, maybe up to 50 percent or more!

Believe it or not, some medicines will turn into poison, if you takes it with milk! Thus, it’s better for you not to drink any milk products while you’re taking the medicines.

Take my advice and you’ll be fined… :)

It’s Better Not to Use Too Much Fabric Plasters!

Normally, what will you do, if you get a cut or scrape accidentally? Well, in this case, most people will probably apply the fabric plaster on the wound!

We’ve done the wrong thing here, as the wounds supposed to be exposed to the air in order to heal faster. Of course, you have to apply the anti-inflammatory Methylrosanilinium Chloride Solution onto the wounds, as it inhibits the wounds from getting inflamed.

For your information, you’re risking your life, especially when you smoke after a meal. Here are the problems that might happen, if you’re smoking after a meal:

2. It enhances and accelerates the happening of pancreatic cancer,
3. It might cause direct injury to the stomach and duodenum, the even worse it can turn into stomach and duodenum cancers.
4. pH imbalance,
5. Gastrointestinal function disorder might be occurred.

You’re Better Take The Cholesterol-lowering Pills with Empty Stomach!

For those that having high cholesterol problem, you might be advised to intake the cholesterol-lowering pills. This type of pill is having good effect on lowering high cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol. The Proper Ways to Prevent the Dysmenorrhea!

First of all, for those that didn’t know what Dysmenorrhea is, it refers to a medical condition and it caused by severe uterine pain during menstruation.

The Difference Between Brown Sugar and White Sugar!

People have the wrong thought that the brown and white sugars were being produced from difference plants. The truth is both of the sugars are derived from sugar cane or beet.

The Correct Ways to Deal with Nosebleeds

You should use your thumb and index finger to squeeze together the sort portion of your nose. Keep this position for at least 5 to 10 minutes. The nosebleeds should be stopped in less than 10 minutes.
