For most of the eastern peoples, especially the East and Southeast Asia region peoples, they love to eat some kind of jelly style food, commonly known as "Grass Jelly".
This kind of Grass Jelly has been widely used in the dessert and beverage making. You can easily spots it at the restaurants or even at the morning/night market.
Did you know, if you mixed this grass jelly with the alcoholic drinks, you are trying to put yourself in the slow poisoning condition.
Why? It is because inside the Grass Jelly there is a component called "Alum". Alum will makes our peristalsis becoming more slowly. Thus, the alcohol will be staying more longer in our stomach than usual. Our ilium will starting to absorb the alcohol and we started to feel more dizzy.
Another shocking fact is this Alum will also reduce the blood flowing speed, which it will making the poisoning situation became even worst.
