Remember Not to Over Do it!

Do you know that even you’re not affording the time and money to the gym, you can still working out your body at anywhere and anytime?

According to the latest survey, 15 minutes of daily exercise is more than enough for your health. The only matter is most people didn’t have the 15 minutes time, thus exercise seems like a time wasting process to them!

Well, if your office or company is located near to your home, why don’t you ride bicycle to the working place, as this action is considering as an exercise! Beside that, it can also help to reduce the emission of Carbon dioxide too.

The main goal of exercising is to lose at least 50 calories per day, and it would be better, if you can lose more than that amount!
