Working Is Not Equal To Exercise!

For those of the people that involving themselves as the blue collars workers, they may have the thoughts that after a whole day long of working and sweating, they need no more exercises at all!

Well, you might have “moving” a lot during your working period, but this doesn’t mean that you have doing the exercise here! According to the physicians, the definition of “exercise” is the movements or actions that involving different body parts from time to time, but not concentrated in the same part only.

Furthermore, the exercise will make you feel even more refresh, while the working will only causing you to be more exhausted! Thus, this is the biggest different of “working” and “exercise”.

You should have a regular exercise routine, at least 3 times a week and 30 minutes per session, if you want to have a healthy body.
