Most of you here were probably heard about this word, “Aromatherapy” before. However, how much do you think that you understand about the Aromatherapy? Well, most people thought that the Aromatherapy is only some sort of herbs and flowers, which it can be used to reduce the stress and anxiety. Ok, you might be right here, but you just got it partially correct!
According to the previous studies, Aromatherapy is one of the methods that being practiced since 5,000 years ago in ancient Egypt, where the royal families are often use it in the bathing and some religious ceremonies! Furthermore, the aromatherapy essential oils and aromatherapy candles have been found in the ancient Egypt royal family tomb. In here, we can see that the Egypt noble family has been considered the aromatherapy stuffs as one of the sacred things, where it must be buried with them when they already death!
Well, do you know that instead of using the aromatherapy for relaxation, you could even use it for other purposes, such as:
- Eucalyptus: It helps to improve conditions afflicting the respiratory system.
- Sandalwood: It soothes emotions and relaxes the mind.
- Lavender: It calms and eases your tension.
- Citronella: It can be used to uplift and dispels depression.
- Green Tea: It boosts up spirits and improves concentration.
- Canella: Relax you mind and disinfectant as well!
If you’re too stressed and cannot even concentrate on anything, then it’s about time to use the Aromatherapy to relief the stress and ease your mind!
