BUT..., do u know, that the Insufficient of Sleep also can lead to the Hypertension as well? The reason for it, is because when we can't sleep for over a period of time, our's body hormones will changing drastically and causing our blood pressure rising into a Hypertension level.

So, for a better healthy life, we need to sleep at least 7 to 8 hours per day. The best time for us to sleep, is before 11pm each day...Remember, 11 pm each day for a better healthy lifestyle. :)
