Since childhood, We’ve been taught that snack is bad for health and we should avoid from it as far as possible. The point is, “Do snacks really that bad for your health?”
Well, to me it’s certainly depending on the situation. As we knew that, the elder people are normally having poor digestive function due to their aging problem. Therefore, if they cannot digest all those rough foods, you can buy some healthy snacks that enriched with high fibers to substitute with their main meals.
For the school-age children, since they’re situated in a growing stage and have a high metabolism, you also can treat them with some high fiber health snacks, such as crackers or cookies.
Snacks can also be a very healthy and nutritious foods, as long as you’re followed the daily dietary schedule!
